FACILITY DOGS

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must work within the capacity of a mental health facility, as a first responder, within the education system, or in a facility where a Bayside Facility Dog may help the population served.

• Employer must provide approval before beginning the application process

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to financially care for a service dog (routine vet care, food, equipment, supplies, etc.)

DISABILITY TASKS:

• Deep Pressure Therapy

• Retrieval

• Behavior Interruption

• Tactile Stimulation

• Facility Specific Task Work
