This level sponsorship provides food for one Service Dog In-Training for 2 months.
$250 SPONSORSHIP
This level sponsorship covers the cost of vet care for one Service Puppy In-Training for their puppy visits.
$500 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship provides training equipment such as leash, collar, vest, & harness, supplies such as crate, play pen, dog bed/cot, enrichment toys, etc., and treats for one Service Dog In-Training.
GOLDEN HEARTS SPONSOR
All Golden Hearts Sponsors will receive multiple social media features, exclusive puppy photos, and can reserve monthly visits from our service puppies and/or dogs in-training.
$1000 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship covers the cost of one Service Dog In-Training’s spay/neuter & hip and elbow radiographs.
$2500 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship covers the cost of allocating one puppy from a reputable breeder to become a Service Dog.
$5000 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship provides you with the opportunity to name a puppy and cover the costs of their Puppy Curriculum Career.
PACK LEADER SPONSOR
All Pack Leader Sponsors will receive multiple social media features, exclusive puppy photos, ability to reserve monthly visits from our service puppies and/or dogs in-training, permanent sponsorship logos on our website, ability to name an incoming service puppy in-training, and ability to attend client graduation ceremonies.
$10000 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship covers the cost of the Matching Ceremony, Client Curriculum Training, and Team Training for a cohort of clients.
$25000 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship covers the cost of the first year of a Service Dog In-Training’s first year in the program.
$50000 SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship covers the entire cost of one Service Dog In-Training’s Career with Bayside: naming of the puppy, allocation, training, supplies, care, and placement.
