OUR CLIENTELE
Psychiatric Service Dogs
Criteria to apply:
Must be at least 10 years of age diagnosed with a psychological and/or emotional disorder. All potential clients must provide a mental health form from their mental health provider stating a service dog would be beneficial to mitigate their disability.
Mobility Assistance Dogs
Criteria to apply:
Must be at least 10 years of age with a mobility challenge. All potential clients must provide a form from their health provider stating a service dog would be beneficial to mitigate their disability.
Autism Assistance Dogs
Criteria to apply:
Must be at least 5 years of age diagnosed with ASD. All potential clients must provide a mental health form from their mental health provider stating a service dog would be beneficial to mitigate their disability.
Hearing Alert Service Dogs
Criteria to apply:
Must be at least 10 years of age with a hearing impairment. All potential clients must provide a form from their health provider stating a service dog would be beneficial to mitigate their disability.
Facility Dog Placements
Criteria to apply:
Must work within the capacity of a mental health facility, as a first responder, within the education system, or in a facility where a facility dog may help the population served.
Purposeful Placements
Criteria to apply:
Purposeful Placements are pups who are unable to work in a public setting, but may bode well performing at-home tasks. These placements are best for individuals who may not necessarily need a fully trained service dog, but may benefit from disability task work at home.
