ASHLIE SUTTON

FOUNDER & PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR

Dogs have always been a passion of mine even though from a young age I always believed I would become a marine animal trainer. I started taking care of dogs when I was 10 years old - I would work on basic training with my family’s pets every time I would dog sit. I was introduced to the service dog industry in 2016 and haven’t left since. I have helped train over 50+ service dogs in various stages of training to mitigate many different disabilities. My favorite aspect of service dog training is disability task training and tailoring to the specific client’s needs. Nothing is more rewarding than working a dog from puppyhood all the way to becoming a lifeline for a future client. Before I started my service dog journey, I knew I wanted to one day have my own organization. In 2023, I was finally able to begin this journey. I appreciate all of your love and support to help me serve as many clients as possible with these life-changing dogs.

LORIN COLLINS

LEAD SERVICE DOG TRAINER

My life has revolved around dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a precious Golden Retriever named Angel and now have 4 personal dogs of my own. I have been enveloped in the dog world through vet hospitals, doggy daycare facilities, and made my way to the service dog industry in 2022. I am currently the Boarding and Daycare Manager at Wilmington Animal Healthcare and love being surrounded by dogs everyday. I love taking care of the Bayside Service Puppies In-Training and helping them learn during their critical socialization period. I am excited to continue my service dog training journey with Bayside and work with clients to change their lives.
